| Bharat Rail Automation Adopts a drug and Alcohol Policies as follows: |
| No Worker under the control of the company will; |

Attempt to report to work whilst under the influence or unfit state of consuming drug or alcohol. |

Be in possession of drugs or alcohol in the work area. |
|
Consume drug or alcohol whilst on duty. |
|
It is the responsibility of the worker to inform his supervisor if the worker is taking medicines prescribed by the doctor that may affect this policy.
Departure from the policy will lead to disciplinary action. |
