This is the last function to introduce the system and open the station for train traffic. For this, separate staff is posted for outdoor through out the yard and indoor staff for indoor equipments and operation of control panel. Each outdoor gear is connected and tested from the cabin under close co-ordination of railway engineers. After all the functions are tested from the panel for the correct functioning of all signals, points, track circuit etc., the system is declared open for traffic by railways authorized officer after satisfying all the safety requirements of running trains are ensured. |
